The Department of Statistics at FSU offers a PhD in statistics and a PhD in biostatistics. Course programs and exact degree requirements are determined individually for students through consultation with their supervisory committee. This written examination is offered at the beginning of each spring semester. It is normally taken at the beginning of the spring semester of the second academic year of work in the department.
